SIMPLE DIET, EASY, CHEAP


 There are several misconceptions about diet, including:

 - Diet is eating less

 - Diet is expensive and complicated

 - Diets don't eat well

 - Diet is just the same food, boring


 In fact, to achieve health, diet is the easiest, inexpensive, simple, and fun thing we can do.  Here is the simplest diet concept, asking: "what should be on my plate?"


 The answer is:

 - The portion of rice that used to be the portion of vegetables today

 - Eat more often with the portion choices above

 - Use spices (Indonesia is a country known for being rich in spices since 420 years ago)

 - Reduce / avoid frying and grilling cooking methods

 - Reduce / avoid the use and content of cooking oil, butter, margarine, sugar, coconut milk, flour in a variety of food choices and cooking methods.


 By following the tips above, we will find that there is savings everywhere, at the same time consuming more vegetables will not empty our pockets because they are the cheapest and most nutritious food group straight from God.  Knowing the easy, cheap, simple diet ... there's no more excuse not to start.  Let's start today!
